HW4 - Why I Chose the Two Companies I Did

I chose General Motors and Advanced Auto Parts mainly because I am interested in cars. In addition, I knew that the automotive industry is very large and has a lot of connections, making it interesting to look at.

The path connecting the two companies has a combination of people and other businesses, some of which do not directly have to do with autos. One of my people is on the board of directors for 5 companies.
